Fresh Ingredients, Tasty Meals

Lobster and Mushroom Somen

Somen, a type of Japanese noodles, is popular especially during summertime in Japan. Somen is usually served cold in a dashi-flavored sauce.

Ricotta Crostini with Brown Butter Scallions and Oyster Mushrooms

Scallions and garlic pair beautifully with brown butter and caramelized oyster mushrooms. We pile this on top of toast that has been slathered with creamy ricotta cheese, making a delicious, simple appetizer.

Ricotta and Oyster Mushroom Lasagna

Meatless lasagna, using oyster mushrooms as a substitute for meat, is smooth and filling. The addition of caramelized onions – sweet, savory and flavorful – made the lasagna even more flavorful.

Green Onion and Mushroom Saute

Versatile and filling, this is a great side dish to all kinds of grilled meats, using good-for-you ingredients, such as vegetables, and garlic (which has antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-microbial properties).
